Installation Project Manager

About the job Lead end-to-end execution of 230kV+ and above transformer installation plan. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery complying with safety, quality and regulatory standards. Act as the primary interface for all related stakeholders(clients, end-users, subcontractor(if have), etc.). Key Responsibilities Make installation plan with the help of filed service supervisors; monitor the progress, mitigate on-time delivery risks. Responsible for the safety management, identify risks and take mitigation actions in-time; conduct safety inspections in daily work. Act as the primary interface for internal and external communications.Provide progress updates and communicate with all related stakeholders in a timely and proper manner. Engaged in site-installation problems resolution. Control project costs and meet the budget. Continuously identify improvement opportunity to improve the customer satisfaction and installation work efficiency and reduce cost.Complete project documentation and lead final handover.Required Qualifications Related degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Power Systems preferred). 5+ years experience in HV transformer installation; 3+ years experience as a Project Manager or related position. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; Familiarity with US/international regulatory frameworks and HV safety certifications.Willingness to travel extensively
