This role ensures accurate material and supplier setup in SAP, compliant supplier onboarding, timely purchase order execution, and pricing data integrity to support uninterrupted manufacturing and regulatory compliance.Operating within a cGMP environment, the Buyer executes procurement transactions in accordance with regulatory and GxP requirements, maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation while ensuring continuity of supply and system data integrity.Position ResponsibilitiesSAP Material & Master Data ManagementCreate and maintain material master records in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules for indirect and direct materialsEstablish new direct material parts in SAP, ensuring alignment with approved specifications, UOMs, valuation classes, MRP settings, and GMP documentation requirementsMaintain pricing conditions, info records, and source lists within SAP to ensure accurate purchasing and financial reportingSupport data governance initiatives to ensure ERP master data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data integrity standards (including 21 CFR Part 11 where applicable)Supplier Onboarding & Compliance (TPPD)Support Third Party Due Diligence (TPPD) processes for new supplier creationCoordinate supplier onboarding activities in partnership with other business stakeholders to include Quality, Finance, Legal and Supply ChainEnsure required documentation (W-9, quality agreements, certifications, compliance attestations, insurance documentation, etc.) is complete prior to supplier activationMaintain audit-ready supplier records within SAP and associated quality systemsPurchase Order ExecutionCreate, issue, and manage purchase orders for direct materials in SAPMonitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pricing accuracyExpedite orders as required to prevent supply disruptionsResolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with Accounts Payable and suppliersSupport MRP-driven procurement activities to align material supply with manufacturing demandPricing & Cost ManagementMaintain and update pricing records in SAP in accordance with approved quotes and contractsValidate pricing accuracy against negotiated agreements, and quotesSupport cost tracking and reporting initiativesIdentify and escalate pricing discrepancies or cost-saving opportunities, and invoice reconciliationCross-Functional & GMP SupportPartner with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to ensure accurate material setup and timely procurement executionMaintain procurement documentation in accordance with GMP, GxP, and internal quality system requirementsSupport regulatory inspections and customer audits by providing procurement documentation and system records as requestedContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes, supplier performance, and ERP optimizationMinimum QualificationsStrong SAP experience or other ERP systemStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field preferred3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within a regulated manufacturing environmentExperience with supplier onboarding and compliance documentation processesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentEffective cross-functional communication skillsSponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available for this position.Resilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
