The candidate will build solutions for real-time data ingestion, storage, and analytics, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability to support complex workflows and global metric initiatives. Required Skills & QualificationsData Engineering - 5+ yearsSQL - 5-10 YearsExperience with Python or AlteryxPeople analytics experiencePrior work experience in the client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with HR or people data systemsFamiliarity with cloud-native technologies like Azure or AWSExposure to Alteryx ServerLean Six Sigma experience Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve data pipelines for reporting and analytics products.Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data solutions, including dashboarding and automated reporting.Implement automated data pipeline and transformation capabilities using cloud-native ETL tools.
