JammonStudios is also fortunate to share an office with Withey Morris Baugh, one of Arizona’s premier land use and real estate law firms, creating continual opportunities for collaboration in real estate development, entitlements, and transformative new projects throughout the Valley.The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Revit Drafter/Modeler to translate design intent into accurate, buildable Revit models and drawings for multiple active projects. The ideal candidate is fast, precise, and thrives in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment.What You’ll Do | Core Functions   Create detailed Revit models and 2D/3D construction drawings from sketches, CAD files, and markups   Produce plans, elevations, sections, and details within JammonStudios’ BIM standards   Update models based on redlines and design changes   Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers via BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud   Support Project Architects across multiple project types   Deliver complete schematic, design, construction document, and entitlement packages   Work on projects in medical, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors Typical Deliverables   Fully coordinated Revit models   2D plan, section, and elevation sheets   Enlarged details and schedules (doors, windows, finishes, etc.)   Coordination drawings for consultantsCore Skills & Qualifications   5+ years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit in architectural practice   Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction documentation    Experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud    Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines   Reliable internet connection and ability during U.S. Business Hours Why Join Us?   In office with partial remote work scheduling    Competitive hourly rate based on experience   Opportunity for ongoing work with a growing, design-driven studio    Work on high-quality, meaningful projects that make an impactReady to Join Us?Please email: team@jammonstudios.com
