Project Architect
Location: Tucson, AZ area.
Responsibilities
Discuss project requirements, goals, and constraints with clients.
Develop sketches and proposals using CAD software and BIM tools.
Prepare contract documents, including detailed drawings, project specifications, and construction methods.
Supervise two Architects in Training.
Local travel required (approximately 10%).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
Seven (7) years of experience as an Architectural Professional, including at least 7 years creating construction documents.
Five (5) years of experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, and the International Building Code.
