If you thrive on winning top talent in competitive markets, the company could be the perfect place for you.ROLE OVERVIEW:In this role, you will own the end-to-end hiring process with a clear mandate — find, win, and secure the best talent in the market. This is not a passive recruiting role; it's about proactively engaging and closing high-caliber candidates, often before they're even on the market. You'll lead and develop a small, high-performing talent acquisition team, implementing systems, elevating skills, and creating a powerhouse function that delivers on time and on budget. You and your team will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, move candidates through a structured and efficient process, and ensure every hire meets our high bar for skills, culture, and performance. Your success will be measured by quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates, while building a sustainable talent pipeline that secures the company's future growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:Pipeline Building & Talent Sourcing Expand reach and strengthen the company's talent brand to make engagement with top candidates fast and frictionless. Proactively source high-caliber talent through creative strategies, industry networks, targeted outreach, and market intelligence. Build and maintain warm, engaged pipelines for priority roles, ensuring consistent candidate readiness and flow. Coach and guide team members to improve sourcing effectiveness, outreach quality, and pipeline health.Candidate Experience & Closing Drive candidates through the recruitment process with clarity, speed, and precision. Build trust and rapport quickly while positioning the company as the clear employer of choice. Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience to increase offer acceptance rates. Consult with hiring managers to negotiate and close top talent decisively.Innovation & Team Development Leverage automation and AI to reduce manual work while also improving the candidate journey. Develop and elevate the team to consistently deliver high-quality hires. Optimize team workflows, tools, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and KPI results. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and alignment with the company's core values.Hiring Manager Partnership Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and success profiles. Establish systems for hiring managers to efficiently collaborate in the hiring process. Train, coach, and hold hiring managers accountable to standards and procedures for assessing culture and core values fit in candidates. Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive positioning. Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines to reach target TTF.Brand Advocacy & Market Intelligence Represent the company's brand in all candidate interactions, events, and professional communities. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and market shifts to inform sourcing strategies.WHO YOU ARE:5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a people leadership role.Proven ability to elevate recruitment team performance through hands-on coaching, KPI accountability, and continuous skills development.Track record of refining processes and tooling to reduce time-to-fill and increase offer acceptance rates.Demonstrated expertise in identifying, engaging, and winning over high-caliber candidates — including those not actively seeking new roles — through compelling outreach and relationship-building.Strong track record of delivering hires on time without sacrificing quality.Proficient in modern sourcing tools and tactics (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, talent communities).Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels.Data-driven approach to tracking and improving recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health).Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; agency experience preferred.Highly proficient with ATS platforms; comfortable adopting new tools quickly.J-18808-Ljbffr
