ServiceNow Administrator

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator who is eager to continue growing their expertise on the platform. This role will focus on both administration and development work, supporting and enhancing existing ServiceNow capabilities with an emphasis on ITSM and Asset Management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and enjoys improving systems that teams rely on every day. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, NY.Starting at $40/hr.ServiceNow Administrator's Responsibilities and Duties:Administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM and Asset Management modulesPerform system enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing optimizationTroubleshoot platform issues, workflows, and scripts to ensure system stability and performanceDevelop and maintain integrations using APIsWrite, modify, and troubleshoot scripts within the ServiceNow environment ServiceNow Administrator's Qualifications and Skills:Mid-level experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or DeveloperStrong working knowledge of ITSM and Asset Management modulesSolid understanding of ITIL frameworks and processesExperience with ServiceNow scripting and troubleshootingFamiliarity with API integrationsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
