Outside Sales Account ManagerSunSource and its family of companies represent 200+ locations and 3,000+ employees making up one of North America's leading value-add industrial distribution companies. We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Service & Repair.We're looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power division in the Salt Lake City, UT area. If you're passionate about building relationships, solving technical challenges, and driving growth, this is your opportunity to thrive with a supportive, established team.Essential FunctionsDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales ManagerIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentationsGrow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territoryLeverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutionsUse CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territoryExperience, Education and SkillsBachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantageExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComputer and technology proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and related Apps.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnightWe OfferIndustry competitive compensation programComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with matchPaid vacation, holidays, and tuition reimbursementMileage reimbursementOngoing professional training and development opportunitiesA respected brand with the backing of a nationwide network and local supportWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
