Job Description Litigation AttorneySalt Lake City, UtahWe are partnering with an established, highly respected law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team.About the RoleThis position focuses on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on commercial and real estate disputes. The work includes a mix of private and public sector matters, with exposure to land use, infrastructure, and broader regulatory issues.You will collaborate with a team known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality work on matters that impact businesses, communities, and regional development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters from initial strategy through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and develop case strategyRepresent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrationsPartner with colleagues on matters involving regulatory and operational considerationsProvide practical, business-minded counsel to clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsQualificationsActive member of the Utah State Bar5+ years of litigation experience, with emphasis in commercial and real estate matters preferredExperience or interest in land use, regulatory, or related areas is a plusStrong writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetWork EnvironmentOnsite within the Wasatch Front regionCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary in the low to mid $100Ks, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits packageApplication RequirementsResumeWriting samples
