Hi All, Quality Workforce Management Experienced Manufacturing and Automotive Plan and optimize headcounts for quality: IQC/SQM, PQC/OQC,CS, Evaluation, and Planning Respond to employee relation issues regarding quality/quality operating workforce(sr. engineers and engineers, shift leaders, and operators) Coach and train sr. engineers and engineers that they will supervise to develop related skills and professional/general competencies Operate and manage the MSA for inspection workforce Operate and manage the inspection workforce qualification & evaluation system Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Commerce, GA 30529: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Automotive: 1 year (Required) Manufacturing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
