They support other teams with their graphic and technical design skills. The role requires familiarity with mechanical building, printing, and digital post operations, with a solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Attention to detail, production knowledge, problem solving, and a strong design sensibility are essential. The position demands a proactive approach, excellence in design outputs, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a Jr. Production Designer, you will:Extend and translate established creative concepts into production-ready digital, web, and print content.Follow development timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.Handle assignments with speed, accuracy, efficiency, and make design choices and recommendations based on provided direction.Ensure approved layouts conform to brand guidelines and that internal deadlines and approval procedures are met for assigned project phases.Ability to work accurately within retailer templates and/or retailer platforms.Ensure precision and consistency across all final digital assets.Demonstrates a collaborative, partnership-oriented mindset and a positive attitude when working with cross-functional teams.Prepare final press-ready files based on the supplied specifications. Package, preflight and press check files for release to printers or media partners.Support the development of tools and processes that increase efficiency and impact client deliverables.QualificationsRequires minimum 1+ years of experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar roleAssociate’s, Bachelor’s, BFA, degree preferred, majoring in art, graphic design, production art, or advertisingPortfolio of high-quality professional looking work and project samplesKnowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color, composition, and current design trendsSolid grasp of Adobe Creative SuiteStrong analytical, time management, and multitasking skillsPre-press, mechanical building, and printing knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to concept ideas, and knowledge of iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects (a plus)Knowledge of Sketch, XD and Figma as well as digital (email/web) executional processes (a plus)Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint (a plus)Additional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
