GNAs with Med Tech Certification

Location:Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) and a CMT (Certified Med Tech). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.  Compensation: commensurate for experience between $19.00 - $23.36 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.Shift differentials include:$1.00 hourly for evening shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays)$1.00 hourly for night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays)$2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)Help people live better lives by: Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needsAssisting residents in activities of daily livingImplementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belongingProviding assistance with resident activities and programsWorking with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matterAdministration of medication to residentsWhat we offer:Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age.Do what you love…without the travel.
