Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Independent practice is essential, giving you the autonomy to conduct assessments, develop interventions, consult with staff and families, and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Two positions are available, and scheduling within the standard school day is flexible based on your preference.Qualifications and Experience:Active School Psychologist license in Michigan (submit screenshot with your application; verify at MD Educator Credential Search)Demonstrated capability to work independently and confidently across PreK–12 grade levelsStrong commitment to student advocacy and educational equityExcellent communication, consultative, and organizational skillsPrevious experience with IEP processes and multidisciplinary team collaboration is preferredKey Responsibilities:Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessmentsParticipate in eligibility determination and IEP meetingsDesign and implement intervention plans for diverse student needsCollaborate with teachers, families, and support staffApply evidence-based practices to support social-emotional learningMaintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirementsThis contract position offers a 35-hour work week, with placements focused mainly in elementary and middle schools.
