Caretaker - Rental Property
Join Our Team as a Residential Caretaker!Part-Time • Bloomington, MNDo you enjoy keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming? Sand Property Management is looking for an outgoing and dependable Caretaker to help care for our community. This role averages 20–29 hours per week and is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team.What You'll DoYou'll be the go-to person for keeping our property looking its best—inside and out.
