Mid-level Software Engineer

Investigate and resolve complex application and system technical problems and production issues. Continually improve operations by conducting complex systems analysis and recommending changes. Prepare and install complex solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. Participate in design reviews and contribute to key system design principles. Mentor junior engineers and review teammates' code.What You'll Need 4 years of software development experience demonstrating technical depth in specific disciplines/technologies. 2 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the software development lifecycle, including leading code/design reviews. Basic understanding of one or more programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, Swift, C++, or Kotlin. Experience supporting efforts to address production issues through troubleshooting applications and systems. Experience articulating technical challenges and solutions.
