Janitor / Custodian – Day Shift (Part-Time) Location: Eldon, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring a dependable Janitor / Custodian for a clean, safety-focused facility in Eldon. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Schedule and Pay * Pay: $17.25 per hour * Hours: 25–35 hours per week * Shift: Day shift starting at 7:00 a.m. * Daily hours: 4–6 hours per day Janitor / Custodian Responsibilities * Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, and refilling soap, paper towels, and toilet paper daily * Perform weekly detailed restroom cleaning, including toilet bases and stall walls * Empty trash in office areas daily * Perform floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed * Use personal protective equipment correctly, including safety glasses and gloves * Follow customer requirements and understand the importance of quality standards * Actively support workplace safety by attending safety meetings, participating in safety walks, audits, and improvement initiatives * Report unsafe conditions and assist with incident investigations and safety documentation * Show initiative, accept new responsibilities, and work well with others * Attend required training sessions Requirements for the Janitor / Custodian * Ability to communicate clearly and work cooperatively with others * Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. occasionally and 10–25 lbs. frequently * Willingness to follow all safety rules and procedures Penmac Staffing offers weekly pay, along with health, dental, and vision insurance options.
