Production ManagerMaintenance Division Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to lead field operations, drive quality, and develop high-performing crews. This role is key to ensuring efficient production, strong safety practices, and exceptional service across all assigned properties. What You'll DoOversee daily maintenance operations, routing, and job scheduling Ensure top-tier quality control across multiple properties Lead, train, and hold Foremen accountable to performance standards Identify and resolve deficiencies proactively Partner with Account Managers on work orders and client needs Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts Manage equipment allocation and maintain property maps Spot enhancement opportunities and communicate them clearly What You Bring5+ years of landscape maintenance or production management experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Expertise in quality control and problem-solving in the field Experience with scheduling, route optimization, and operational planning Ability to read or create Gantt charts (preferred) Knowledge of contracts, production rates, and field operations Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What Success Looks LikeCrews operate efficiently and meet production goals Properties consistently meet quality standards Safety protocols are followed without exception Teams feel supported, trained, and accountable Opportunities for improvement are identified and executed Who You AreA proactive leader who acts, not reactsOrganized, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communicator who builds trust with teams and leadership Solutions-focused with an ownership mindset
