The role entails overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations, managing and supporting field teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met, and maintaining client relationships. The position requires close collaboration with team members and clients to ensure successful project execution, while also upholding safety and efficiency in the workplace.QualificationsExperience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and horticultural practicesStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in scheduling, planning, and coordinating tasks across teamsProblem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindsetKnowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to landscaping and equipment operationExperience with customer service and maintaining client satisfactionA valid driver’s license and a clean driving recordPreferred qualifications include prior experience in landscape management and certification in horticulture or related fields
