Senior Director Systems Operations
DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T partner and leading provider of sales enablement solutions, is seeking a Senior Director, Systems Operations to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the enterprise platforms that power our sales, customer support, and field organizations. This executive-level role is responsible for the performance, scalability, security, and innovation of mission-critical systems, including contact center technologies, CRM and support platforms, and AI-driven enablement tools.Reporting to the Senior Vice President of National Sales, the Senior Director will define and execute a long-term systems strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
