CIO Position Summary: Seeking a customer-centric, business-minded technology leader to elevate how technology enables growth, enhances the customer experience, and transforms team operations. This role partners closely with leadership to shape the next phase of digital and operational transformation at a company known for strong culture, design-forward approach, and innovation. Purpose:Elevate technology as a strategic business partnerEnhance the end-to-end customer eCommerce experienceTransform systems, tools, and workflowsLeverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and outcomesBuild a high-performing, business-aligned technology organizationDrive data-driven, intuitive digital capabilitiesPartner with sales, marketing, and operations leadersStreamline systems and reduce complexityDrive adoption across field and corporate teamsBalance innovation with growth goals and ROI Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Vision: Align technology strategy with growth goals; drive innovation and business-outcome focused initiativesTeam Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing IT team; foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementConsumer-Centric Solutions: Enhance the customer journey; lead digital transformation and implement data-driven, customer-focused solutionsTechnology & Innovation: Enable innovation across the organization; improve how homes are sold, built, and deliveredStrategic Partnerships: Manage vendors and partners to deliver effective, outcome-driven solutionsApplications, Data & Analytics: Oversee application development, integrations, and advanced analytics to drive decisions and outcomesSecurity & Infrastructure: Ensure strong cybersecurity, data privacy, and reliable infrastructureFinancial & Risk Management: Manage budgets, optimize investments, and oversee risk, continuity, and disaster recovery Qualifications:Leader-first mindset with strong business acumen and ability to build AI-enabled teams10+ years of progressive IT leadership in complex environments;Direct to consumer industry and eCommerce experience requiredProven executive influence, leadership maturity, and stakeholder trust-buildingExperience leading AI strategy and customer-centric digital transformationBachelor's required; Master's preferred Skills:Broad technical depth across infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and cybersecurityExperience with enterprise platforms, integrations, and scalable architectureStrong cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management expertiseAbility to evaluate vendors and emerging technologiesProven IT strategy execution aligned to business outcomesExperience leading large-scale enterprise initiativesStrong business acumen and cross-functional partnership experienceDemonstrated team leadership and culture-building capabilityFinancial management and budgeting expertiseStrong communication and executive presenceExperience leveraging data for decision-making Team Leadership & Culture: Embody values of humility, empowerment, authenticity, results, and teamwork while fostering trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
