Payment Systems Analyst

Position: Payment Systems Analyst Compensation: $45 - 52/hour, depending on experience Location: ONSITE - Canton, Massachusetts Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payment Systems Analyst to join their team! This role is a great fit for someone with strong payment systems experience who enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing technical issues, and working across business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Support and troubleshoot payment hardware and software Review logs and data to identify root causes and trends Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues Assist with payment solution configuration, deployment, and support Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base materials Support testing, integrations, escalations, and system improvements Communicate technical issues and updates to both technical and non-technical teams Required Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years supporting payment hardware and/or software Experience with Verifone terminals and VHQ Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or similar payment environments Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills Understanding of credit/debit card processing and tokenization Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with Fiserv or other payment processors Knowledge of POS, web, and mobile payment integrations Familiarity with Azure or other cloud technologies Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Background in application or integration testing Perks & Benefits: 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: Hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday work from home Work closely with internal teams and external vendors If you are interested in learning more about the Payment Systems Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
