Technical Systems Analyst

Position: Technical Systems Analyst - Payments Compensation: $45 - 52/hour, depending on experienceLocation: ONSITE - Canton, MassachusettsInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Systems Analyst to join their team!This role is a great fit for someone with strong payment systems experience who enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing technical issues, and working across business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Support and troubleshoot payment hardware and softwareReview logs and data to identify root causes and trendsPartner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issuesAssist with payment solution configuration, deployment, and supportMaintain technical documentation and knowledge base materialsSupport testing, integrations, escalations, and system improvementsCommunicate technical issues and updates to both technical and non-technical teamsRequired Qualifications & Experience:3+ years supporting payment hardware and/or softwareExperience with Verifone terminals and VHQBackground in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or similar payment environmentsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skillsUnderstanding of credit/debit card processing and tokenizationExperience working with cross-functional teams and external vendorsStrong communication skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesNice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience with Fiserv or other payment processorsKnowledge of POS, web, and mobile payment integrationsFamiliarity with Azure or other cloud technologiesExperience with AI tools such as Microsoft CopilotBackground in application or integration testingPerks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositOther Information:Hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday work from homeWork closely with internal teams and external vendorsIf you are interested in learning more about the Technical Systems Analyst opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
