Senior Software Engineer / Java & AWS / Scottsdale, AZ

This is a full-time opportunity with a leading U.S.-based financial technology company focused on building secure, high-volume digital payment systems, including one of the most widely used peer-to-peer payment networks. You’ll be working in a modern cloud-native environment leveraging Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed data technologies to support mission-critical Tier 1 services.This role offers the chance to work on a multi-year, high-impact cloud migration initiative, moving mission-critical, high-throughput systems from on-premise infrastructure into AWS. The team is looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer (5–7 years experience) who thrives in complex, high-availability environments and wants to contribute directly to systems operating at massive scale.
