Job Site Manager - PaintingWestern View Painting | Casper, Wyoming | $25-$30/hr + Performance Bonuses ($40+/hr potential) | Full-timeWestern View Painting is looking for two experienced Job Site Managers to join our growing team in Casper.What You'll DoYou will own a crew of 3-4 painters and be fully accountable for safety, quality, production, and client experience on every job. You are a painter first and foremost but more importantly, you are a teacher, leader, and manager. You conduct pre-job site visits, manage the daily schedule, order materials, and see every project through to a satisfied client. You will teach and instruct your crew in ways to provide a high quality service while hitting company goals.
