Construction Project Manager

Gateway Construction, LLC is seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and to company standards while maintaining strong client, subcontractor and team relationships. This position will require occasional travel from Casper, WY to Cheyenne, WY, with on-site management of projects in Casper.This is not a coordinator role — this position requires accountability, decision-making and leadership in both the office and the field.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute projects from pre-construction through closeoutDevelop and maintain accurate budgets, schedules and forecastsTrack costs vs. budget and own final financial performanceKeep BuildPro fully updated (schedules, selections, change orders, documentation)Manage subcontractors, purchasing and material flow to maintain production paceUnderstand and enforce contract documents; resolve issues quickly and directlyCoordinate with designers, engineers and building officials to keep projects movingProvide consistent on-site oversight and support field operationsImplement and maintain quality control and safety standardsEnsure submittals, inspections and documentation are completed on timeMaintain strong communication with clients, vendors and internal team membersWhat We're Looking ForProven experience managing construction projects with field involvementStrong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and building scienceAbility to manage multiple projects without losing control of detailsComfortable with budgeting, cost tracking and basic project accountingExperience with construction software (BuildPro preferred, not required)Strong communicator who can hold subs and team members accountableOrganized, reliable and solutions-orientedCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)Performance Bonus: Based on project profitability and schedule performance401(k) with 4% company matchProfit sharing planPTO + 7 paid holidaysHealth, dental, vision and life insurance (after probationary period)Cell phone allowanceCompany vehicle for out-of-town travelAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s license with good driving recordPre-employment screening requiredDrug-free workplaceEqual Opportunity Employer
