Assistant Project Manager - ConstructionPosition OverviewTop Upstate NY general contractor is seeking a experienced Assistant Project Managers to oversee and manage commercial construction projects in the greater Albany area.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.Assist with project financials and documentation including RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals etcQualifications1 or more years of proven experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractorStrong understanding of project financials, proposals and ability to manager project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, submittalsProficient with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, CMiC or similarBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsBase Salary $70,000-$95,000/year depending on experienceHealthcare, dental and vision insuranceVehicle package401KBonusPTO
