The incumbent will oversee daily asphalt construction operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising crew members, scheduling project timelines, coordinating with project managers and clients, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves monitoring equipment and material usage, maintaining quality control, and providing solutions to on-site challenges. Qualifications Strong knowledge of asphalt paving processes, project management, and construction techniquesExperience in team leadership, crew coordination, and safety managementFamiliarity with asphalt paving equipment and quality control practicesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plansProficiency in computer tools and software for project tracking and reportingValid driver's license and ability to travel between job sitesRelevant certifications in construction or paving are a plus
