Job DescriptionConstruction SuperintendentWe are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail.Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finishEnsure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budgetManage subcontractors and construction crewMonitor project progress and address any issues that ariseReview and interpret blueprints and construction plansRequirements:Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar roleExcellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulationsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to solve problems efficientlyAttention to detailBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
