Join a growing leader in the senior hospitality industry! We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support our Finance team during an exciting period of organizational growth. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional looking for stability, impact, and long-term career advancement. What You'll Do:Assist with monthly close and financial reporting Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries Reconcile and analyze General Ledger accounts Maintain prepaid, accrual, and fixed asset schedules Support budgets, audits, regulatory reporting, and tax filings Assist with special projects for CFO and Director of Finance What We're Looking For:BS/BA in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (required)Strong Excel skills Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Why Join Us?Competitive salary ($85K-$90K) Generous PTO Medical, Dental, Vision & Prescription coverage 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
