Six campuses. $300M+ in construction.We’re looking for a senior construction leader ready to take ownership of a major multi-year capital program spanning ground-up development, new residential construction, and complex occupied renovations.This is an Owner’s Rep leadership role with direct executive visibility, a growing project management team, and authority from early design through final turnover.What You’ll OwnLead a $300M+ capital construction program across six active campusesManage and develop a growing team of Project ManagersOversee design, budgets, schedules, buyout, construction, and closeoutLead relationships with executives, architects, contractors, and operations teamsDrive multiple ground-up and renovation projects simultaneouslyWhat We’re Looking For✔️ Senior PM, Project Executive, or Owner’s Rep leadership✔️ Ground-up + renovation work across multifamily, senior living, healthcare, or institutional construction✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once✔️ Strong ownership mentality with the ability to lead both people and projects✔️ Based within reach of the Cincinnati–Dayton–Columbus corridorThis is not a Superintendent-only opportunity.
