Project Manager

Trueline's client, a rapidly growing manufacturer supporting large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in the greater Canton, Ohio area. This role will manage projects from contract award through final delivery, connecting customers with production, engineering, and logistics teams to keep work on schedule, within scope, and financially on track.What You'll Do as the Project Manager:Manage multiple precast concrete projects from contract award through final delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for customers, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.Review contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.Coordinate with production and operations teams to align manufacturing schedules with customer deadlines.Build and maintain project schedules using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar tools.Track milestones, project costs, risks, change orders, and required documentation.Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate updates with logistics teams and customers.Identify potential delays or project issues early and work across departments to resolve them.Help ensure projects meet contractual, quality, budget, and customer expectations.Provide responsive, clear, and well-documented communication throughout each project.Must-Haves as the Project Manager:3-7 years of project management experience in construction, precast concrete, heavy manufacturing, or a related environment.Experience managing several active projects at the same time.Strong project scheduling, budgeting, and cost-management skills.Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, contracts, and related documents.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong customer communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate effectively across production, logistics, engineering, and customer teams.Comfort working primarily in an office while regularly interacting with a manufacturing environment.Nice-to-Haves as the Project Manager:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience working with precast concrete or infrastructure-related construction projects.Experience using an ERP platform or other project management software.Familiarity with SharePoint.Experience coordinating freight, deliveries, or construction logistics.Experience supporting projects that serve customers across multiple states.Our Client Offers:Base salary generally targeted between $80,000 and $100,000, with flexibility for an exceptionally qualified candidate.Medical and dental insurance.Voluntary life insurance.Employer contributions toward employee healthcare premiums.Biweekly pay.A consistent full-time schedule, generally 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.A visible position within a lean, entrepreneurial leadership team.Direct access to company decision-makers and the ability to influence developing processes.An opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth.A fast-moving, close-knit, and family-friendly work environment.A planned 401(k) program beginning in 2027.Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
