Project Manager- Industrial Services (Charlotte)

Project Manager – Industrial Services Scout Search Group is seeking an Industrial Services Project Manager to lead field operations and oversee project execution across industrial job sites for a growing industrial services organization specializing in coatings, blasting, and maintenance of critical infrastructure assets. This role is based out of the Charlotte, NC area and requires a leader who can manage crews, coordinate logistics, and serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle . What You’ll Do Oversee industrial projects from initiation through completion Lead field crews and ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications Coordinate project schedules, manpower planning, and logistics Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution Monitor timelines, deliverables, and overall project performance Maintain accountability for project execution, including schedule adherence and successful delivery Ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with operational expectations Coordinate field activities related to coatings and linings on industrial assets, including tanks and critical infrastructure systems Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and clients Travel to project sites to support execution and ensure successful delivery What You’ll Bring Experience managing projects in industrial, construction, or related environments Proven ability to lead field teams and manage operations in a project-based setting Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate in a travel-heavy, field-driven environment Travel Requirements Must be open to approximately 50% travel . Travel will be more frequent during the initial 6–8 month ramp-up period to support onboarding and project immersion, before stabilizing to a more consistent schedule.
