Industrial Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire | Immediate Openings Gastonia, NC Pay: $ (DOE) + Shift Premium | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus We are urgently hiring Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Direct hire roles with competitive pay, Day 1 benefits, and growth opportunities. Schedule (Monday–Saturday) 1st Shift (2): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift (3): 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+ $0.50 shift premium) 3rd Shift (1): 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+ $0.50 shift premium) Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Perform preventative maintenance Work with PLCs, hydraulics, and production systems TIG welding and fabrication Minimize downtime and maintain production flow Requirements 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing TIG welding and hydraulic press experience required Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment Mechanical Aptitude Test required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision (Day 1) 401(k) with company match PTO, holidays, and bonus opportunities Career growth and development Apply Now For Immediate Consideration.
