Technical Program Manager

Job Title: Technical Program ManagerLocation: Irving, TX(Hybrid)Experience: 10+ YearsNeed candidates with active PMP certificateResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production.Manage roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams.Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery.Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting.Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements.Must Have10+ years of Technical Program experience.Strong experience delivering enterprise technology/software programs.Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience.Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet.Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, data, software development, or infrastructure.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
