We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a high‑potential Northwest territory with strong support from Engineering, Applications, and Field Service.Bartelt Packaging and Matrix Packaging Machinery have joined forces as one sales team, offering innovative, custom packaging solutions across multiple industries. If you thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy partnering with customers to deliver the right solution, we’d love to talk.What you’ll do: • Build and grow relationships with customers across your territory • Develop and execute sales strategies and value‑based solutions • Partner closely with engineering and project teams to bring solutions to life • Manage your territory with purpose — prospecting, forecasting, and closing • Consistently meet or exceed sales goalsWhat we’re looking for: • 2+ years of capital equipment and/or packaging sales experience • Strong relationship‑building and technical sales skills • Mechanical curiosity and comfort selling complex solutions • Self‑starter mindset with strong prospecting and closing ability • Ability to work remotely with ~60–70% travelComp & perks: • Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience) • Uncapped commission (paid from the first dollar) • Benefits start day one: medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) matchWhy ProMach, Bartelt & Matrix?
