Registered Nurse (RN) | Educator Location: Grand Junction, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Clinical Educator Nursing Nurse Educator Full-Time Monday - Friday Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year preferred License: Current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse Certifications: Current BLS, OCN preferred Must-Have: - Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience - Prior oncology experience Description: Develops clinical competencies within the organization based on accreditation standards, policies, and departmental needs. Works with management and the education team to coordinate and implement annual skills day and continued education for clinical staff. May support and/or teach during department and hospital orientation. Serves as an administrator for the learning management system. Will work with inpatient and outpatient nursing staff, training for standard oncology practices. Co-facilitates Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy course biannually. Co-facilitates the Oncology Certification Prep course. Maintains competency in all inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy infusion processes. Performs other duties as assigned.
