We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Department. This is a flexible, primarily remote position, with the requirement to conduct initial in-person evaluations to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Responsibilities: Perform in-person initial evaluations and assessments for clients Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide ongoing remote therapy services to clients Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic, client-centered care Contribute to the growth and development of the Occupational Therapy department within HCBS Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) Proven experience in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and rehabilitation Passionate about helping individuals enhance their daily living skills and independence A self-driven professional with a desire to grow and advance the department Why Join Us?
