Brand Acceleration Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a performance-driven Brand Acceleration Specialist (Independent Contractor) to support our marketing efforts during a period of growth and system transition. This role is ideal for a self-directed marketer who enjoys owning execution, optimizing campaigns, and working across multiple digital channels.You'll focus on paid media, messaging, CRM marketing automation, analytics, and funnel optimization, while also supporting a CRM transition. This is a 90-day contract engagement, with the potential for extension based on business needs.What You'll DoCopywriting & MessagingDevelop conversion-focused copy for paid ads, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, landing pages, CTAs, and retargeting initiativesMaintain brand voice, messaging standards, and compliance requirementsTest, analyze, and optimize messaging based on campaign performancePaid Media ManagementSet up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other applicable channelsMonitor performance and continuously optimize for ROI, lead quality, and conversion ratesManage budgets, audiences, creative testing, and performance reportingEmail, SMS & Marketing AutomationBuild and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated workflowsCreate and manage SMS campaignsManage CRM tagging, segmentation, and automation logicMonitor deliverability, engagement, and campaign performanceCRM Transition & ConfigurationServe as the primary marketing contact during the CRM transitionSupport migration planning, testing, and timeline coordinationAssist with data mapping, tagging structures, and segmentation strategiesBuild and configure marketing automations in the new CRMValidate lead routing, attribution, reporting, and integrationsDocument workflows, processes, and best practicesTroubleshoot campaign, integration, and data flow issuesSupport configuration related to a phone provider transition, if applicableWebsite, Funnels & AnalyticsBuild and update landing pages and funnel assetsMaintain website content and perform basic SEO updatesInstall and manage tracking pixels, UTMs, and conversion trackingMonitor dashboards and analytics to guide optimization decisionsDeliverablesExecuted and optimized digital marketing campaignsCRM marketing automations and supporting documentationPerformance reports and insights as requestedUpdated website and funnel assetsFunctional tracking, attribution, and reporting systemsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in digital marketing and paid media managementStrong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and performanceHands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platformsExperience supporting CRM migrations or system transitions (Applied Epic preferred)Proficiency with analytics, tracking, and reporting toolsAbility to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt during periods of changeContract DetailsLocation: Miami, FLDepartment: MarketingEngagement Type: Independent ContractorContract Term: 90 daysExperience Level: Mid-levelPay: $18-$20/hour
