Through our core human values – proximity, teamwork, diversity, excellence – our 1000 expert consultants, hailing from 35 different nationalities, collaborate across 13 international offices: Paris, Lyon, New York, Montreal, London, Brussels, Luxembourg, Geneva, Lisbon, Porto, Casablanca, Madrid and Singapore.About the RoleOur client, a leading global investment bank based in New York City, is hiring a Senior Front Office Fixed Income Developer to join the technology team supporting the Repo & Bonds trading desk.You will work on a critical in-house trading application used daily by Front Office stakeholders, with high visibility and direct impact on trading workflows, pricing, risk and execution.This is a hands-on role for an experienced developer who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced Front Office environment, partnering closely with Traders, Sales, and Desk Strategists.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance an in-house Fixed Income trading platform supporting Repo & Bonds activityBuild new features and improve performance, stability, and user experience of Front Office toolsPartner directly with traders and desk stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions quicklyContribute to core components such as:trade booking & lifecycle workflowspricing / curve & analytics integrationreal-time monitoring dashboardsrisk and P&L viewsautomation of manual desk processesOwn the full development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, release, and production supportWork closely with cross-functional teams (Risk, Middle Office, Quant, QA, Infrastructure) to ensure end-to-end deliveryRequired Skills & Experience7+ years of software development experience (or equivalent), ideally in capital marketsStrong expertise in C# / .NET in a production environmentProven experience supporting Front Office users (trading desk exposure is required)Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices:OOP / SOLID principlesperformance optimizationsystem reliability and maintainabilityclean architecture and design patternsStrong communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical deliveryAbility to work in a high-pressure environment with short delivery cyclesFixed Income / Markets Knowledge (Expected)Strong familiarity with Fixed Income products, ideally:Repo (GC / specials, triparty, funding workflows)Bonds (government, corporates, IG/HY basics)Understanding of key Front Office concepts such as:trade lifecycle & confirmationsmarket data & curvesrisk measuresP&L driverspricing / yield / spreads
