We are committed to Growing our Company and Growing our People, and we are looking for a Finance & Insurance leader who is ready to contribute at a high level.What You’ll DoAs an F&I Manager, you will help customers finalize their vehicle purchase by securing financing, presenting protection options, completing accurate paperwork, and ensuring a professional, compliant, and customer-focused experience from start to finish.Responsibilities IncludePresent vehicle protection products, service contracts, and other F&I options clearly and professionallyHelp customers select products that support and protect their ownership experienceSecure financing approvals by working closely with lending partnersBuild and maintain strong lender relationships to help obtain competitive financing optionsSubmit deals electronically through the appropriate dealer and lender systemsAccurately enter transactions into dealership, lender, and approval systemsEnsure all contracts, forms, and transaction paperwork are completed accurately and on timeMaintain compliance with dealership, lender, DMV, and state-specific requirementsTrack deal receivables, funding delays, and outstanding stipulations to ensure timely contract fundingPartner with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and office teams to keep deals moving efficientlyParticipate in Sales Receivables, Save-a-Deal, Store Manager, and other key store meetingsFollow up with customers regarding purchased products or action items when neededSupport the sales team with customer engagement during peak traffic timesObtain all required licensing within 90 days of hireWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced F&I professional who can step into a fast-paced dealership environment and make an immediate impact.Qualifications Include2+ years of dealership Finance & Insurance experience requiredStrong understanding of dealership finance, lender approvals, funding, contracts, and compliancePrior automotive sales management experience is a plusProven ability to present products professionally and build customer trustStrong communication, follow-up, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively with sales, management, lenders, and office teamsSelf-motivated with the ability to set goals, drive results, and maintain high standardsComfortable working with dealership systems, lender portals, and digital contracting toolsTeam-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer serviceAcceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residenceWhy Join Wilde HondaAt Wilde Honda, you will be part of a dealership that values performance, professionalism, customer relationships, and career growth.
