Director of Finance$100-115K3 weeks of vacation plus 1 week of sick PTO12-14 paid holidaysRetirement contribution of 5%Comprehensive Healthcare, 80% covered by the companyStudent Loan Forgiveness ProgramSpecial perks unique to the companyReports to: Interim CFOGrowth Path: growth to VP/CFO level but will always be hands onTeam Description: Supervising a team of 1 Senior Accountant, plus outsourced AP providerThis job:GL, Month End Close, and Financial Statements per US GAAPCash Management and oversight of all AP, AR, Payroll distributionBudget and Reporting, Guidance and business partnership to various departmentsGrant Accounting, Fund Accounting, and overarching consolidated FinancialsPoint of contact on Single AuditFinancial Analysis and looking at each department and its ROIManage banking relationships, treasury, and liquidity planningWe are looking for (key requirements/preferences):BS degree – Accounting or Finance5+ or more years of Accounting experienceNon-profit Accounting experience requiredAble to track a lot of programs as well as a granular view, structure needs to be built to do so. Strong eye for organization, process, detailAbility to start with ambiguity and chaos, and build good processes from there. Someone who is going to want to put their mark on things.
