Lead Denture Technician / Denture Department ManagerA growing dental laboratory is seeking a Lead Denture Technician / Denture Department Manager to oversee and expand the removable department. This is a hands-on leadership role combining advanced analog denture skills with exposure to digital workflows and clinical collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform start-to-finish analog denture fabricationOversee and manage the denture department, including workflow and quality controlManage supplies, materials, and departmental needsTrain and mentor additional denture technicians as the department growsSupport All-on-X cases and complex removable restorationsAssist with intraoral scanners and iCam usage when neededVisit dental offices to support scanning, training, or complex case coordinationRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Denture TechnicianStrong analog denture skills (full dentures, hybrids, removables)Some exposure to digital workflows (3D models, scanning, or software) preferredExperience with All-on-X cases strongly preferredLeadership mindset with willingness to manage while remaining hands-onExperience with large implant-focused organizations (e.g., ClearChoice-style environments) is a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $75,000 $100,000, depending on experience and leadership scopeCompensation is flexible and may increase based on technical scope, case complexity, and contribution to training or lab growth, along with attractive incentives, performance bonuses, and potential profit sharingPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidays & weekends offHealth insurance (50% employer contribution)Relocation assistance available with a minimum 3-year commitment
