Lead Cad/Cam DesignerA dental laboratory is seeking a Lead Cad/Cam Designer with a versatile digital background to support advanced restorative and full-arch workflows. This position plays a key role in complex cases while helping expand and refine the lab's digital capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign restorations using 3Shape and ExocadSupport All-on-X / full-arch reconstructive casesCollaborate with clinical and technical teams on complex treatment plansAssist with training and mentoring junior Cad/Cam team membersContribute to improving digital workflows as the lab growsRequired QualificationsStrong working knowledge of 3Shape and ExocadExperience with All-on-X or large reconstructive casesUnderstanding of full-arch workflows and restorative design principlesCollaborative mindset with interest in long-term growthCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $75,000 $100,000, depending on experience and technical capabilitiesCompensation is flexible and may increase based on technical scope, case complexity, and contribution to training or lab growth, along with attractive incentives, performance bonuses, and potential profit sharingPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidays & weekends offHealth insurance (50% employer contribution)Relocation assistance available with a minimum 3-year commitment
