Staff / Senior Accountant (Client-Facing, Growth Role)

You will work directly with clients, take ownership of key areas of their accounting, and help improve systems and processes as their businesses scale.This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow into more responsibility, work directly with clients, and be part of building something long-term.What You’ll DoManage and maintain client financials (primarily in Xero)Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reportingPrepare and review financial statementsIdentify issues and improve processes, not just maintain themWork directly with clients and communicate clearly and professionallyAssist with implementing systems and improving efficiency (including tools like Ramp)Support accruals, adjusting entries, and proper period cutoffsHelp ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across client accountsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting required2–6 years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting fundamentals (accruals, reconciliations, financial statements)Experience participating in or owning a month-end close processAbility to think critically and solve problems, not just process transactionsComfortable working directly with clientsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to take ownership and work with minimal supervisionNice to HaveExperience with Xero or similar systemsExperience working with small to mid-sized businessesExperience with fixed assets and capitalizationInterest in improving processes, systems, or automationWho This Role is Not ForSomeone looking for a purely transactional or data-entry roleSomeone who prefers minimal client interactionSomeone who needs a highly structured, step-by-step environment Why This RoleDirect exposure to clients and real business decisionsOpportunity to take ownership and grow into a larger roleWork in a fast-growing environment with increasing responsibilityBe part of building and improving systems as the firm scalesPay$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits401(k) 3% MatchDental insurancePaid time offWork LocationIn-office (Spanish Fork)
