IT Operations & Cloud Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Operations & Cloud Engineer. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 and oversee Azure tenant configuration Serve as the internal escalation point for complex issues and handle break-fix support independently Administer security policies and coordinate with MSP for incident response and compliance Required Qualifications 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IT operations or cloud engineering roles Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and practical experience with Azure Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and automation Experience managing a Managed Service Provider relationship
