People will always be our greatest asset and we place emphasis on enhancing the lives of our employees.Scope Of ResponsibilityReporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner and trusted right hand to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role extends far beyond traditional administrative support and requires a highly organized, proactive professional capable of managing executive priorities, driving strategic initiatives, and facilitating cross-functional alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate with discretion in a fast-paced executive environment. This position plays a critical role in optimizing executive effectiveness through calendar and priority management, preparation and review of reports and presentations, coordination of leadership initiatives, and execution of high-level meetings and projects.Essential DutiesServe as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and daily workflow to ensure strategic use of time and focus.Coordinate and drive execution of CEO-led initiatives, special projects, and company-wide priorities.Prepare, review, and analyze reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level materials using Excel and PowerPoint.Facilitate executive meetings by coordinating agendas, preparing materials, capturing action items, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, department leaders, external partners, and key stakeholders to streamline communication and alignment.Assist with strategic planning activities, leadership offsites, and company-wide events.Track organizational priorities and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency.Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Support executive decision-making by organizing and synthesizing information into concise, actionable insights.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Position Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and training.Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.Experience managing complex executive calendars, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and business communications for senior leadership.Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.Skills & Abilities:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, reporting, presentation development, and executive summaries.Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.Highly proactive and self-directed with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Ability to anticipate executive needs, prioritize competing demands, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Strong executive presence and professionalism with the ability to represent leadership effectively.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning new systems and tools quickly.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periodsAbility to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingManual dexterity for typing, filing, and handling office equipmentAbility to lift and carry light office materials (e.g., up to 20 lbs)Ability to attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues in person or virtuallyAt Sabre Industries, we invest in your future with a competitive benefits program.
