Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain compensation philosophy, salary bands, and leveling frameworks
Own operational administration of equity programs and processes
Support benefits strategy, vendor management, and open enrollment operationsRequired QualificationsExperience building or operating compensation and total rewards programs in high-growth environments
Strong analytical and operational mindset
Experience with compensation benchmarking, leveling, salary bands, and equity administration
Strong systems orientation, with Workday experience preferred
Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information
