Leave Management Analyst
A company is looking for a Leave Management Analyst to oversee leave administration and compliance for U.S. leave programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister leave of absence processes and communicate effectively with employees and HR partners
Conduct research and data analysis to ensure compliance with state and federal leave laws
Facilitate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) interactive process and manage relationships with stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, Healthcare, or related field preferred
Minimum of two to four years of experience with FMLA and ADA required
Working knowledge of HRIS, Leave Management software, and vendor systems required
Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
