Job Role : Data Platform Architect (Alibaba cloud)Hire Type : ContractLocation : Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)Job Description:-* Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud data services* Design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms on public cloud , mainly Alibaba Cloud (Alicloud)* Enable data-driven decision-making through robust data pipelines and architectures* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, DevOps, and Business units* Strong SQL and experience with big data technologies* Proficiency in Python / Scala / Java for data engineering* Experience with distributed systems and data processing frameworks* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture* Familiarity with Linux environments (RHEL preferred)* Experience with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Flink, etc.)* Knowledge of cloud networking and security on Alicloud* Exposure to DevOps practices (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
