Role Description Propelling Into Triumph (PIT) is hiring a Success Coach to support youth aging out of foster care.This is a hands-on role focused on mentorship, life skills coaching, and consistent support.Key Responsibilities-Provide 1:1 coaching and mentorship to youth-Conduct regular check-ins, goal setting, and progress tracking-Support life skills, education, and career development-Assist with workshops and group programming-Attend program events and trainings-Complete case notes and documentation-Support residents at transitional housing homes (some evenings/weekends)Requirements-Experience working with youth or young adults (preferred)-Strong communication and organizational skills-Reliable transportation-Must pass a background check-Communication & Reliability (Required)-Attend scheduled meetings and check-ins-Maintain consistent engagement with assigned youth Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceExperience in Student Counseling and Career CounselingBackground in Education, preferably with teaching or training experienceAbility to build meaningful connections and motivate young adults toward achieving their goalsProficiency in maintaining records and providing timely updates on progressAssociates degree in a related field such as Social Work, Education, Counseling, or PsychologyFamiliarity with challenges faced by youth in foster care is a plus
